10 years filter life span
This pulse jet silo top dust collector for venting pneumatically filled silos. The robust carbon steel body contains vertically mounted Sinter-plate Filter Elements which could use 10 years. That means you do not need to go top to the silo to replace the filters(about the sinter plate filter, please refer to the introduction page in products list).
The air jet cleaning system is integrated in the hinged weather protection cover.
How does silo-top filter unit working?
Dust separated from the air flow by the special Sinter-plate Filter Elements drops back into the silo after an integrated automatic reverse air jet cleaning system inside the weather protection cover has removed it from the filter elements.
Originally designed for cement and similar materials, Silo vent filters can be used with any other dry dust generating material.
