Cyclone Powder Recovery System

Cyclone collector is the simplest way to collect the dust or used for some powder recycling.

Cyclone separator's another advantage is its easy cleaning mode and no contamination for the recovery powder. For example the bag filters may have fibers to pollute the original power which need to recycle, but the cyclone do not have this trouble, and its smooth inside wall is easy for cleaning, some food grade powder we also have stainless steel material for choosing.

Its disadvantage is also clear, its efficiency is not so high so that sometimes it need second filtration stage.

One of the popular applications is in the powder coating industries with most flexible color changing operation, due to the superior efficiency of overspray cleaning and collection. The cyclone unit directly attaches to the booth, minimizing space needs and diminishing potential contamination concerns. It works effectively for both manual and automatic spray operations.

Features of cyclone powder recovery system

1: Cyclone systems are characterized by a cyclone chamber that handles all of the exhausted air from the booth.

2: The air is moved in a rotational pattern around the chamber, which separates particles based on size for further filtration.

3: The heavier particles fall down into a collection tray, while the rest are propelled upwards to a filter section.
