Example: Customer Requirements

One of our customer need bag in bag out system in pharmaceutical company, the dust is poisonous and harmful to the operation people when need change the filters.

The picture is made by customer to describe what they need: the first stage is cartridge filter with PTFE coating to collecting most of the dust, and it need pulse-jet system to prolong the life span of the filter, so that the filter replacement time will longer. Then the second filter is the HEPA H14 filter also need BIBO design.

At the end, they need an anti-explosive centrifugal blower. The equipment should design the DOP testing ports and 3meters PE bag inside.

Airflow: 1000m3/h, 1700m3/h.

Allows working staff to change filter without getting in direct contact with contaminants (e.g. toxic powders, radioactive dust, viable organism, carcinogens…). Used filters are easily removed from the isolator structure wrapped inside a barrier material (containment bag) and external atmosphere remains uncontaminated. Bag-in/bag-out filter replacing method can be available for filters with different shape and size.
