         Welding process generates dust and smoke, even the most advanced production technology can not avoid this situation. Dust collection, extraction, and separation are basically necessary for the reasons of manufacturing, product-specific, labor, and environmental protection.


         Because welding fume can be harmful, toxic or even carcinogenic to health, so dealing with welding fume is often more problematic. Specially, the individual laws for clean air recycling must be observed when welding stainless steel (Crni Steel) .


         During welding process, gas material could be adhesive or odorous.

Solution：


           A vital design in the welding fume zone is a fume collection system. The welding fume to be extracted can be collected either through the exhaust fume hood, or through the suction arm, or through a plant or a central extraction.


The dry filters is suitable for the extraction of welding fume  When the substance to be separated shows adhesive properties, an appropriate filter must be selected, if necessary, a preliminary dust dosing


In the process of Crni Welding, dust and clean air recovery, a secondary filter should be added because of its carcinogenic features.


Install activated carbon filters or prevent clean air from being recirculated into the workroom, and discharge it outdoors if an unpleasant odor is produced during welding.


Explosion-proof, fire-proof can be customized according to special requirements.

• Operating：
Normal operation: switch on the power, turn on the fan, dust air enters the cylinder from dust source through suspended hood, air hose and air inlet. Flow rate drops suddenly due to air stream soaring; big grain dust separates from dust air and than sink into dust storage tan k, other small grain dust remains at the outer well of filter element under the influence of filtering, colliding, hooking and static electricity. Purified air is discharged from the fan to air outlet via the anechoic chamber above. Dust cleaning operation: dust cleaning goes on discontinuously; high-frequency vibration will enable the filter to regenerate after the fan shuts down.
