Wet Scrubber for Metal Polished Finish Process-Vietnam Customer's Polishing Shop
This is our Vietnam customer's real metal polishing spot. The customer is a stainless steel SUS304 products manufacture, their products is used for fluid transportation, so their polishing process are their main process.
Originally, they have a bag filter machine for catching the polished metal dust. In total, they need to catch 30 points ( 30 sets buffing wheels), each point need 1000m3/h(CMH) airflow, so the total airflow is about 30000m3/h, 30 sets points do not working at the same time, so we suggested them to separate into two systems, each for 15000CMH.
The bag house is not suitable in this working condition actually, because it have wool wheel for fine polishing with some grease. That means the dusts including not only the stainless steel dust, but also the flocculent with grease. With time accumulate, the dust collector have flammable risks.
The customer said: "Actually, the bag filter had burned for two times! so we need change the bag type dust collector into the wet scrubber~"

Our customer usage
This wet scrubber also are applied in the same working condition in China.
This customer had bought 15 sets wet scrubber dust collection system in their polishing machine.
now, it had working for 6 years, and working so good and without any safety problems.
In addition, ACMAN suggest use central dust collection less than catching 10 points, because the balance of the airflow for each point is difficulties.
