A Solution for poison powder Dust collection System-Laser Glass Film Remover Dust Collector

One of our customers needs a solution for their poison powder dust collection system for laser remover machine. Different from the normal laser process (laser cutting, laser engraving), they use laser film remover for glasses. The dust is CdTe, which is toxic dust do harm to the working people.

After ACMAN engineer go through the working process and analysis the dust, ACMAN give a solution below:

1: the laser film remover machine should make a room shelter, size: 4000*2500*2500mm, the airflow should calculate depending on the air exchange time:

4*2.5*2.5*60=1500m3/h, 1500cbm*1.6=2400m3/h;

2: the laser head is the source of the dust, so we should design a small pipe with dust extraction hood on the laser head. The duct should use flexible hose so that the dust extraction hood can move with the laser head.

   The airflow is about 1000m3/h.
