On 2009, We have a customer who manufacturing bamboo salt have dust collection problem, and ask us to solve it.
they use calcination craft, so the salt is solid, it should use pulverizer to smash the  salt. the dust came out from the smasher and packager.
After site calculation, our engineer give a solution:
1: the pulverizer use one dust collector, airflow:4000m3/h;
2: the 4 sets packager use one dust collector, airflow 6000m3/h.

the salt have corrosive characteristics, so the dust extractor body should use stainless steel.
and in order to prevent the salt stick on the filter bags, the bags should have PTFE coating.

7 Years Later
7 years later, the customer ask us to renew the dust collector, they do not change the filter bags for 7 years, and the dust collector is still working, but the filter bags are full of powder.
Although, the dust collector is not the manufacturing machine, also the quality is high end, but it seems people's lung, should clean and maintain regularly depending on ACMAN's operation and maintenance brachures.
